Jason Barres 2020 RHP Perry
Barres showed the top velocity at the event touching 86 MPH while settling in the 83-85 MPH range, but also showed potential for swing and miss potential both the breaking ball at 71 MPH and changeup at 75. His arm action is easy and effortless, with some deception.
Hayden Lewis 2022 RHP Chaparral
The lean, athletic freshman moved very efficiently showing a quick arm at 80 MPH. The breaking ball at 69 MPH will be an above average pitch as Lewis matures, while flashing a changeup with good arm speed.
Dillon Orr 2022 RHP Shadow Ridge
Big bodied RHP showed potential for at least two above average offerings as he continues to grow into his body. Orr had feel for all three pitches, continuing to improve his command and show pitchability. His fastball was up to 83 MPH
Steven Stewart 2021 C/P Ironwood
The smooth switch-hitting catcher showed a projectible future and athleticism in all aspects of his game. As he continues to get stronger, look for him to make a big jump in all statistics. 7.6 60, 82 exit velocity and 70 MPH from the crouch, while sitting 76-78 on the mound.
Sean Hickey 2020 SS Desert Vista
Smooth fielding SS impressed today, although numbers don’t match the way he shows on the field. He was clocked at a 8.06 and 78 across the diamond. Good feet and hands at SS, can stick there if arm strength at and quickness improve.
Elijah Henning 2020 SS/RHP Desert Mountain
The top exit velocity at 87 MPH and 60 time at 7.03 from the event coming from Henning. He showed line drive potential to all fields, while making all the plays from SS.
