Notes

Comments

1/27/19 – 6’1 170-pounds. Strong wiry frame with broad shoulders. Pull approach. Toe tap to start load into back side. Sequences swing well. Gets into the zone well but some stiffness in upper body through swing hinder use of all fields. Shows explosiveness for lower half to create 89 MPH exit velo. Shows good feet and hands in the field. Gets the ball middle to left side when able to, helping with rhythm and momentum to 1B. Made several tough plays look easy at 3B during game play. Arm was up to 82 MPH across the diamond from SS.

12/27/18 – 6-1, 170 pounds. Strong wiry frame, with plenty more room add strength and increase interest moving forward. Had top numbers across the board at this event. His 87 MPH exit velocity showed during batting practice. Uses a toe tap to create hard contact, pulling baseballs in the inner half of the plate. Took ground balls at a good pace, without signs of rushing footwork of throws. Footwork created momentum to first and good hops.
