Lex Bodeicker, INF, Dayton Classics, 2021 Report: You could make an argument that Lex was the top bat at this tournament. Physical left-hander that caught barrels all day. A versatile bat that showed the ability to work counts or attack early, spray it or drive it, and launched a no doubt home run at ODU. Time will tell where he winds up on the defensive side of the ball but that bat translates to the next level. |

Charlie Schafer, RHP, Dayton Classics, 2021 Report: A guy to continue to keep an eye on. Very clean, easy delivery that should see velo gains as he adds strength to frame. Hovered around 80 mph for the majority of his outing. Spins a well above average breaking ball at 72-73 mph. Strike thrower that showed signs of a starter profile at the next level. |
