NEWCOMERS
Camden White OF / RHP / Choctaw, OK / 2023Rankings StateRank: 59 / POS: 8
White impressed at the OKC Preseason ID back in January showing a potential big arm on the mound. White worked the fastball in the mid 80's with a feel for shaping the curveball and a firm change up with late depth. It's easy to see the projection from White with a smooth operation on the mound and clean arm action. The velocity is coming too with him showing a 91 mph arm from the outfield that should translate to the mound in the near future. White enters the rankings at number 59 for the first time and the Eastern Oklahoma JC commit will be a definite follow for the next couple of years.

Hayden Chandler RHP / Grove, OK / 2023We got our first look at Chandler at the Preseason All-State a few weeks back and he showed a starter's profile with his physical 6-foot-2 and 200-pound frame entering the rankings at 66 for the first time. Chandler worked the fastball up to 86 mph with strong spin and riding life through the zone. Chandler paired the fastball with a low 70's curveball with big action and short fading action on upper 70's change up. What was most impressive about the uncommitted right-hander was his ability to fill up the zone with all three pitches and should be one for teams looking for arms to check in on this spring.

Chase Lashley OF / LHP / Carl Albert, OK / 2023Lashley enters the rankings for the first time at number 116 after a strong performance at the Preseason All-State. Lashley showed sneaky athleticism from his 6-foot-3 and 225-pound frame running a 7.26 60 and showing his hand strength at the plate with a 93.3 mph exit velocity from the left side. Lashley shows quick hands through the zone with strong overall bat speed and shows an understanding of how to generate power with the lower half.

TOP RISERS
Cole Girard SS / RHP / Piedmont , OK / 2023Rankings StateRank: 42 / POS: 13
Girard sees a rise in the rankings to number 42 on the list after continuing to show big gains on both sides of the ball. Girard has advanced arm strength that showed up at the Preseason All-State working the fastball up to 88 with sink-type spin and a hard slider at 78 mph. Offensively he uses his aggressive approach to generate exit velocities up to 94 mph thanks to his strong use of the core and hand strength. The Seminole State JC commit should continue to make gains in the future and should be one for coaches to track over the next couple of years.

Jacob Williams C / 3B / Edmond Memorial , OK / 2023Rankings StateRank: 134 / POS: 25
We got eyes on Williams last week where he showed improved skills both behind the plate and with the bat in his hand. Williams has a quick release with throws showing strong carry and did a strong job of working in the dirt with proper blocking techniques. Offensively Williams takes over the middle of the order duties for the Bulldogs where he showed a short and compact stroke and line drive approach. The Rose State JC commit has continued to show improvement each time we've seen him and should be one the Bulldogs rely on throughout the Spring.
