What to Expect: A projectable 6-foot-2, 200lb frame holds direction down the slope with ability to position the FB to the arm-side. Has found big velocity increases this offseason with a tall breaking ball showing 1/7 shape, into the mid-to-upper 80's. What We'd Like to See: Finishing ability on the front-side, allowing the FB to carry more true from behind. Sometimes can get on the side of the ball and create extra run. Bo Stover SS / 2B / South Fayette , PA / 2026What to Expect: Real feel to hit from the right side with developing athleticism at 5-foot-10, 152lbs. The barrel extends through impact using a short-to-long lead elbow for flush contact towards the pull-side gap, low-90's exit velocities. What We'd Like to See: Getting the run time under 7.00 will continue giving him opportunities to let the bat play around the field. Already effects the game enough with other standout tools.

What to Expect: Ultra-lean, seasoned 6-foot-1, 175lbs, coming from an over the top with some drop/drive in the delivery. Repeats a shorter arm-stroke and keeps hitters between speeds using plus command of the offspeed (100% zone rate). What We'd Like to See: The actions scream that more strength is coming. If velocity can creep slightly further upwards, the overall raw measurables will start matching his current in-game successes. Video: 6/21/22, PA Invitational

Drew Lafferty RHP / 3B / South Park, PA / 2022Date Attended: 2/23/20, Preseason All-State Southwest Performance: The hulking 6-foot-1, 205lb righty held 90-91 mph with additional life to the top tier of the zone and featured a sharp low-to-mid 70's breaking ball with two-plane action. Very confident on both sides of the ball. Recent: Lafferty is a Freshman member of the University of Kentucky baseball team. |
