Andrew DuMont RHP / SS / St. Louis University, MO / 2024

Recently committed to Tennessee, currently ranked No. 4 in Missouri. High-upside national prospect. 6-foot-1, 180-pound right-handed pitcher, thin frame with plenty of room for continued physical development. Shows advanced three-pitch mix, throws all three with confidence in any count. Calm, confident mound presence, low-pulse, didn’t get rattled by a rough first inning in which he yielded three runs against perennial power CBC. Got better as the game wore on, pitched six strong innings, K’d the side in the fifth. Fastball topped at 90 with late, darting arm-side life; settled in more 84-86 in the middle innings. Strike-pumper. Mid-70s slider was inconsistent in shape, but flashed a few that were wipeout with late biting action; landed it for strikes (2250 rpm). Also threw a straight change at 78-79. From his delivery to his arm stroke, everything DuMont does on the mound is fluid, easy and effortless. DuMont’s arm is quick, clean and compact, high-3/4 slot; ball jumps out of the hand. Delivery is simple and highly athletic. Will throw significantly harder as he continues to fill into his frame.

Kenton Deverman LHP / Fort Zumwalt West, MO / 2023

The junior left hander turned in an impressive win in a compete game shutout versus rival Timberland. Deverman commanded his 82-84 mph fastball in all parts of the strike zone while using a sharp sweeping breaking ball to get swings and misses.

Jake Collier LHP / 1B / Pacific, MO / 2025

The young left hander now has a perfect game on his resume albeit a 3 inning one but not many can say they stuck out every hitter in a compete game that they pitched, let alone a freshman on varsity.

Owen Schneider LHP / Rockwood Summit, MO / 2022

The senior Missouri Southern signee was facing off one of the top arms in the state and Schneider was not to be out done, throwing a complete game shutout versus a veteran Lindbergh team.

Jacob Misiorowski RHP / Grain Valley , MO / 2020

One of the top JUCO prospects in the country is drawing a lot of attention from pro scouts this spring with one of the top fastballs in the country at any level of college baseball.

Tanner Perry RHP / Fort Zumwalt West, MO / 2021

Former Fort Zumwalt West standout and one of the top uncommitted JUCO arms in the state with a strong outing versus #4 ranked Crowder.

Dane Bjorn LHP / Lindbergh, MO / 2023

The recent Tennessee commit is coming off a recent no-hit 16 strikeout performance backed up that performance with another strong outing going 5 strong innings allowing 1 run. Bjorn shows plus pitchablity using a fastball that sits in the upper 80's but what seperates him from others is his feel/command for his secondary offerings a changeup with fade and good depth and a sharp curveball.

Parker Guthrie SS / RHP / St. Louis University , MO / 2023

High-follow uncommitted two-way prospect, currently ranked No. 84 in Missouri’s 2023 class. Wide-shouldered, athletic 6-foot-2, 185-pound frame with plenty of room for continued physical development. Left-handed hitting shortstop, moves with fluidity to both sides, plenty of arm to stick on the left side (87 mph at past PBR event). Reliable hands; may slide over to third base at the next level. Hit a towering home run to right-center field to seal the victory over perennial power CBC. Open setup, rhythm in hands/load, flashed present bat speed, remains balanced through contact. … While Guthrie is a primary infielder presently, and undoubtedly can play at the next level as a position player, his future value very well may be on the mound. Guthrie came in to close out the victory to earn the save. A shortstop on the mound; delivery is athletic and repeatable, moves well down the mound, with a quick, clean arm stroke out of a high-3/4 slot. Fastball topped at 88 mph, sitting predominately 85-86. Fastball plays true and erratic around the zone. Landed his breaking ball consistently for strikes, flashing late 12/6 at 74-76 mph. With more time and focus, Guthrie should see more velocity gains in the future. Ultimately, a two-way athlete with upside on both sides of the ball.

Brogan Turpin 1B / RHP / Blue Springs, MO / 2022

Turpin worked with the poise of a pitcher beyond his years in this one. The right-handed commanded his fastball to both sides of the dish and kept hitters off balance with an above average breaking ball all game. The Quincy commit attacked hitters early in the count and help the ball down giving up weak contact early in counts and kept hitters from collecting extra bases. At no point did it feel like Turpin was ever as risk for surrendering a free base.

Addison Smith SS / RHP / Liberty, MO / 2023

Smith has been on the radar for years now showing some of the most polished skill sets in the country. A true SS and switch hitter that jumps of the page with fluid and athletic actions. Smith has recently taken his game to another level with added strength that is allowing his skills to play even higher. Now a doubles threat every time he steps to the dish and showing enough arm to make every play at SS, Smith should be in the conversation with the elite '23 SS in the country.

Chase Olson LHP / Raymore-Peculiar, MO / 2024

The pitchabily shown from Olson is impressive for any high school arm much less a sophomore. The lefty shows a smooth crossfire delivery that he repeats consistently allowing him to work all three pitches to both sides of the dish. With the crossfire action and depth of the breaking ball, Olson will continue to be a nightmare for left-handed hitters. Olson topped at 86 in this one, but we have seen him up to 88 and there appears to be more still in the tank.

Evan Damario C / RHP / Rockhurst, MO / 2025

Damario closed this one out with poise beyond his years. The advanced athlete jumped on the mound and attacked the zone with a mid 80s fastball that jumped on hitters. The athletic delivery and exceptionally clean arm action should allow much more velo to come for the Mizzou commit.

Colton Wemhoff OF / Rockhurst, MO / 2023

Offensively, Wemhoff shows some of the most consistent bat speed and barrel strength in the state. Defensively, the Kansas commit takes clean routes and gets great jumps every time covering much more ground than his 60 time would suggest. A fierce competitor, Wemhoff will be ready to make an immediate impact at the next level.

Reid Plum RHP / Liberty , MO / 2022

It's all about projection with Plum. Up to 88 last summer at Lakepoint, when the right-hander is sinked up, he throws hard and it jumps on hitters, making for an uncomfortable at bat. The UCM commit could see another big velo jump soon.
