The Eagles enter 2022 having one of the most balanced rosters in the MIAA “B” Conference. Look for first basemen Anders Liimatainen and Logan Frazier to bring thump throughout the lineup behind Pratt, with Riley Handwerger, Christopher Kokoski and Freshmen Jacob Williams and Andrew Harris to provide consistent at-bats all season long. On the bump, the Eagles won’t be able to “replace” Travis Garnett (Maryland), Alex Seidleck (Wilson) and Evan Selmer (UMBC), however will need some younger guys to step up and fill that void. Frazier looks to be one of the horses coach Selmer will call on in big games, while Liimatainen, Jacob Cresanto, Joseph Emery, and Bradley DeMoss should provide valuable innings on the bump this season.

Recent University of Kentucky commit Josh Skowronski will lead the charge for the Vikings in 2022, followed by some really talented players on both sides of the ball. A three headed monster in Seniors Cannon Coleman, William Pershin and Junior two-way E.J. Lowry will get the bulk of the innings on the bump this season and look to repeat their success from just a year ago. Skowronski will bring the thump in the Vikings lineup with plenty of talent around him in fellow juniors David Chandler, Lowry, Griffin Puvel and Sophomore Ben Flood. Success for the Vikings this season will rely heavily on their Upperclassmen, and with another year of experience for the Juniors and Seniors, we believe Saint John's Catholic Prep will be an exciting team to watch in 2022.
