Prep Baseball Report is the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in each state we cover through our variety of events, boots-on-the-ground scouting staff, daily coverage, and multimedia platforms. Our multimedia platforms and events work in tandem, ultimately creating the most powerful source of high school baseball promotion in each state.
As December gets underway and we look toward the new year, our PBR LA staff takes a look at the top 10 most viewed Louisiana profiles of November. We are able to drill down into the data and track the number of reads thanks to Google analytics.

Josh Pearson OF / 2B / West Monroe , LA / 2021The 2021 West Monroe HS graduate made an immediate impact last season as a freshman at LSU. In 51 games, he hit .299 with 8 HR, 9 2B, 35 RBI, and 34 R, and led the Tigers with a .459 batting average with RISP.

Landon Victorian RHP / SS / Barbe, LA / 2024The Barbe HS product has held onto the #1 spot in our state rankings since his freshman campaign and will now be the No. 1 starter for the Bucs this spring. Victorian recently announced his commitment to LSU as well.

John David Alexander OF / RHP / Barbe, LA / 2026A two-time Jr. Future Gamer; Alexander opened up at the #2 spot in our initial state rankings for the 2026 class, and came in at #38 in our national rankings.

Caleb Levy 2B / 3B / Pearl River, LA / 2025Levy recently attended his first PBR event at our Louisiana Fall ID, on 10/30/22, at Catholic BR HS. The Pearl River HS product turned in a 7.20 in the 60, 75 mph positional velocity in the INF, and an 81 mph max exit velocity.

Kason Johnson 3B / RHP / Dutchtown, LA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 32 / POS: 5
Tall and lean 6'1" 165 lbs. frame; Johnson is another guy that attended our Louisiana Fall ID and opened up at the #32 spot in our initial state rankings for the 2026 class.

Bradyn Garner LHP / LHP / West Monroe, LA / 2026The West Monroe product is a recent LSU commit, who came to the Jr. Future Games in 2021. This summer, Garner worked his FB up to 90 mph with an athletic delivery and clean arm action. He is currently the top ranked prospect in our state rankings for the 2026 class.

Reece Roussel 2B / OF / Brother Martin, LA / 2025Rankings StateRank: 31 / POS: 2
Roussel has been a familiar face at our events and had one of his best showings at this fall's State Games at Tulane, where he collected a couple of hits during gameplay.

Brody Vicknair C / RHP / Riverside Academy , LA / 2027The Riverside Academy product attended his first PBR event this fall at our Louisiana Fall ID at Catholic BR HS. Vicknair posted a 8.02 60, 87 mph max exit velocity, and recorded pop times of 2.06-2.18.

Braylen Montgomery OF / RHP / Walker, LA / 2026Uber-projectable 6'3" 175 lbs. frame with long limbs; Montgomery had a great showing at this year's State Games at Tulane. The Walker HS product ran a 6.88 in the 60, while showcasing quick hands and present bat speed at the plate that resulted in a 94 mph max exit velocity. He is the 4th ranked player in our state rankings for the 2026 class.

Nate Alario OF / SS / John Curtis Christian , LA / 2026Rankings StateRank: 6 / POS: 3
Explosive, twitchy athlete; Alario showed that he's like a "stick of dynamite" on the diamond at this summer's Jr. Future Games. The John Curtis product profiles as a leadoff type of hitter who has a good understanding of the strike zone and can create havoc on the base paths when he gets on.
