With the 2019 spring season right around the corner, PBR Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage throughout the entire state. Starting in January, we began releasing team previews for teams across the state, leading into the Preseason All-State Teams as well as the Preseason State Rankings.

2019 Spring Team Preview: Fort Loramie Redskins 

Team Name: Fort Loramie Redskins
Head Coach: Jeff Sanders
Division: IV
2018 Record: 27-6
Conference Record: SCAL, 10-2 (T-1st)
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 8/6

2019 Team Strengths:

  • Experience
  • Depth At Many Positions

Coach Outlook: "We expect to compete for our Shelby County league title and have a solid run in the tournament. We have a lot of experience back in our 8 returning starters, and although we had key losses with senior leadership from a successful 2018,  this year's seniors are being tasked to continue that success."

PBR Outlook: Coach Jeff Sanders and the Redskins are looking to win back to back state titles and bring back eight starters in their pursuit. Look for Fort Loramie to be a team to watch all year in D-IV.
