Fall Player Spotlights: Josh Errico
October 17, 2022
Prep Baseball Report Oklahoma is highlighted some of the top remaining uncommitted players in the 2023 class to a couple of the top 2025's. Today we take a look at the athletic inf/of Josh Errico. The Edmond Memorial utility man checks a lot of the physical boxes with a 6.72 60, 85 velocity from the infield, 88 from the outfield, and exit velocities up to 93 mph during BP. Errico controls the swing well with some strength in the lower half and takes good routes to the ball with hands working inside the ball. His ability to drive the ball to all fields with strong barrel control coupled with his speed creates a ton of problems for opposing teams. Defensively Errico shows strong bounce and clean actions making him a strong candidate for the middle of the field and can also jump out to the outfield and use his speed to cover ground.
