Let’s take a look back at all of the news and notes that made waves in the state in the month of January by compiling them into one big post. We’ve condensed January's stories, both from a local and national perspective, into a bulleted list below. While this may be the offseason for some, baseball hardly ever sleeps for our team. Our colleagues over at PBR JUCO have also been working diligently at covering the nation’s best programs, while our national team unveiled its first edition of the 2019 PBR Draft Board.
More locally, we recently hosted the 5th annual Underclass Invitational which over 90 of the best players from the 2021-2022 grad classes showed up. up.

Carter Stewart – one of the top ranked 2018 arms who did not sign with the Braves after being drafted in the first round by the Braves – made waves when he announced that he would be attending Eastern Florida State for the 2019 spring season.

Our friends at PBR Florida, Doug Freeman and Phil Kerber, ranked the top-10 Florida JUCO programs for the 2019 season.
