Five Risers to Follow
+ LHP Cody Norman (State College Area) has made huge strides this past year. We saw him in February T80 and more recently at our 2023 PA State Games he was up to 86mph. With the potential to develop his curveball into a legitmate out pitch the sky is the limit. Clean arm path that sequences well. Look for Cody to be a hot comodity next summer!

+ RHP AJ Calio (West Chester Rustin) has a simple delivery with easy hand speed through release. Pounds the strikezone with five different pitches. We saw him this fall sitting 86mph but has been up to 89. AJ has the potential to be a major contributer at the next level on the weekends.
‘26 RHP AJ Calio (West Chester Rustin) hammered the K zone with quiet intensity + easy arm-speed. Simple build of pace at a lean, athletic 6-foot, 178-pounds.

+ 3B Owen Rozzi (West Chester East) continues his rise in the rankings, now at #11. Owen had a strong showing in Georgia at the 2023 Future Games. Recorded multiple barrels in gameplay with a quick trigger and explosiveness through the zone. Owen walked away from Georgia as a high follow in the class.
HAVE A WEEK ‘26 3B Owen Rozzi (West Chester East)! The LHH collects his 3rd barrel in two days, this landing at the fence for a 94MPH EV ground-rule double.

3-1 swing with the aggression paying off. #PBRFG23 | @Owen_Rozzi_2026 | @AscentAthlete_ pic.twitter.com/qPMo3oIFWr
+ RHP Jack Herbein (Malvern) is one of the better arms that we saw this fall. A strike thrower out of a short arm action that repeats well up to 87mph. Tunnels all three pitches out of the same window making it very tough on hitters to piece together a QAB. Look for his stock to continue to rise as he jumps one spot to #14.
‘26 RHP Jack Herbein (Malvern Prep) emerged as a premium follow in the SOPH class with a young 6-foot, 160-pound build. It’s a short-to-long H 3/4 slot that creates deception.

+ C Blake Umberger (Hershey) has some of the best raw power in the class. As one of the top ice hockey players in the country he translates his grit and toughness to the diamond. Dips below the sub-2.00 pop time mark with a 76mph arm. Has shown us on multiple occasians the ability to impact the game in multiple aspects whether that is using his power, his plate discipline or making a big time defensive play.
‘26 C/OF Blake Umberger (Hershey) turned behind the rear hip for a ringing lineout to the backside. Already a special hockey player with a chance to impact offensively. Multiple walks first two AB’s.
