SPENCER HATCHLHP / OF / FAITH LUTHERAN, NV / 2023The top Uncommitted arm in Nevada's 2023 Class proved, yet again, that he has what it takes to get it done at the next level. The left hander found his cruising speed of 85-87 mph early and was able to effectively move the ball around the zone, going to his slider only when needed or to give a different look to start off an at-bat. His polished, low effort delivery allowed him to maintain his velocity through his 5.2 innings pitched where he struck out 11 batters in the process. We expect Hatch to be one of the next arms off the board in the very near future.
