The summer circuit has seen a ton of players across the board make a name for themselves, and New Jersey players have been at the forefront of this surge since early June. With the Overall Rankings on its way out, it is time for an update of the 2020 New Jersey State Rankings. A full summer evaluation period, along with the introduction of more than 60 prospects from Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, have allowed for the Overall list to expand to 500 players. It is important to note that the PBR Overall Rankings only include states that we intimately know from our boots-on-the-ground scouting staff. With unmatched coverage nationally, and attention to detail from more than 100 scouts at the state level, the Prep Baseball Report is committed to being the premier source for all of amateur baseball.
The Top 2 players on the list should look pretty familiar to followers of the 2020 Rankings in N.J., as C Kyle Teel (Mahwah HS, NJ) and SS CJ Pittaro (Steinert HS, NJ) remain No. 1 and No. 2 respectively.
