MOKAN Summer Trials: Outfielder Analysis

Prep Baseball Report- Missouri/Kansas held the MOKAN Summer Trials on July 16 at LaRoche Baseball Complex in Fort Scott, Kansas. Over thirty five players in the 2024-2020 classes attended.
Player profiles have been updated with running times and velocities along with a video of their performance.
Players can now updated their profiles with a ProspectPlus subscription, while scouts and recruiters can add players on ScoutPlus.

Jacob Becker RHP / 3B / Shawnee Heights , KS / 2021Becker is a 6-foot-1 175-pound right-handed hitting outfielder in Kansas’ 2021 class. He ran a 6.99 60 and a 5.02 home to first. He had an 83 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced stance, leg kick with quick tempo, in line stride, level path with some lift at finish, swing produced middle to pull side line drives. Jake Beckmann OF / RHP / Frontenac , KS / 2020Beckmann is a lean and projectable 6-foot 165-pound right-handed hitting outfielder in Kansas’ 2020 class. He Ran a 6.93 60 and a 4.82 home to first. He has an 87 mph exit velocity. At the plate, open stance, loaded in back side, minimal load, quiet hands, lands in line with stride, loose and controlled swing, level path, gap to gap line drives.
