Pitching was a strength on Sunday, as 10 different players reached 85 mph or higher with their fastballs. RHP John-Paul Sauer (Jackson, 2024), who’s one of the state’s top uncommitted sophomores, led the entire event with a 90 mph max, sitting at 88-90 mph throughout his ‘pen. LHP Dax Dunnill (Edwardsville, 2025; IL) touched 86 mph from the left side on his final bullet, while RHP Kaden Durnin (Camdenton, 2024) and LHP Charlie Kilcullin (St. Dominic, 2024) did the same, each of them emerging as uncommitted follows in the state’s sophomore class.

RHP Lucas Krebs (Edwardsville, 2025; IL) and RHP Eli Skidmore (Francis Howell, 2025) both flashed plenty of intrigue on the mound during their 'pens. Krebs recorded the second-hardest fastball amongst 2025 prospects in attendance, touching 85 mph on his hardest bullet, while Skidmore filled up the zone with all three of his pitches, including an 83 mph best with his fastball.
Former PBR Future Games participant and uncommitted junior OF Kaden Griffitts (Williamsville, 2023; IL) repeated hard contact off his left-handed barrel in BP, topping at a near event-high 89 mph. The strong-bodied 5-foot-11, 180-pound outfielder also ran a 6.83 in the 60-yard dash.
OF/RHP Richie Swain (Timberland, 2025) flashed plenty of intrigue and upside in his PBR event debut. The 6-foot-3, 175-pound long-limbed freshman started his day off on the mound, bumping his fastball up to 86 mph and sitting at 84-85 mph throughout. That arm strength translated to the outfield, where Swain recorded the hardest throw home of the event at 88 mph.
MIF Peyton Bittle (Carterville, 2023; IL) is a high-energy uncommitted junior that flashed loud twitch throughout his workout. Bittle ran the fastest 60-yard dash of the event with a 6.69 and also fired the hardest strike across the infield, topping at 89 mph.
One of the event’s top showings came from C Logan Winkleman (Christian Brothers College, 2024). Winkleman started his workout with an impressive showing defensively, averaging pop times at 1.96-to-2.02 seconds. He regularly popped accurate throws on the bag and topped at 79 mph, which was the hardest throw amongst all catchers from this event. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound uncommitted sophomore repeated hard contact off the barrel in BP as well.
C Jake Greer (Liberty, 2025) flashed a loud skill-set attached to an athletic 5-foot-11, 178-pound frame. Greer ran a 7.07 in the 60-yard dash, the second-fastest mark of the event for his grad class, and reached an 87 mph max at the plate. His hardest bullet to the bag came in at 74 mph and his quickest throw popped a 1.94, both of which were amongst the top marks from the day’s catcher crop.
