Kasey Gast goes all eight innings striking out 15. AACS breaks a 3-3- tie by putting up five runs in the top of the eighth inning.
Archbishop Curley 8, St. Paul’s 7
Lucas Nakich goes 2-for-4 with two RBI for Curley in the win. Andrew Dikes adds two hits and Marty Costes adds two RBI for the Friars.
Archbishop Spalding 13, Gilman 2
Carter Sears goes 2-for-2 with two RBI and Jordan Carr gets the complete game victory scatter two hits and striking out seven for the Cavalier victory. David Harding, Nick Vermillion, Billy Godrick, and Ezio Rebechi all contribute two hits apiece.
Calvert Hall 7, Belair 4
Gabriel Nieto goes 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead Calvert Hall to the victory. Ian Elliott and Jack Finn each add two hits apiece for Calvert Hall.
Clear Springs 12, South Hagerstown 5
Brady Rohrer goes 5-for-6 with four RBI to lead Clear Spring. Jaret Lazich adds a 4-for-5 day.
Col. Richardson 1, Stephen Decatur 0
Col. Richardson finishes 19-0 and wins Bayside.
DeMatha 14, Gonzaga 10
Stags put up 13 runs in the top of the sixth inning to come-from-behind down seven to get the win. Jack Alkire homers and knocks in two. Christian Minus has three RBI and Bradley Thaxton has two RBI to pace DeMatha.
Easton 7, North County 7
Brennan Cassell goes 4-for-4 with an RBI to lead Easton. Bellamy goes 3-for-3 for North County.
Edgewood 1, Bohemia Manor 0
Pitchers duel to the end as Edgewood’s Jordan Holsopple outduels Bohemia Manors Will Lorman. Holsopple gets shutout giving up two hits while Lorman gives up three hits and one run while striking out six.
Georgetown Prep 10, Bullis 0
Chandler Redmond goes 2-for-2 with five RBI and Matt Mervis adds three RBI as Georgetown Prep get the victory. Zach Seal goes 4.2 innings of shutout ball and went 2-for-3 with two RBI in the win.
Huntingtown 9, CM Wright 2
Nick Gardner goes 3-for-4 with four RBI and Matt Schug has a 4-for-4 day to lead Huntingtown to the win. Tim Hand has a strong 5.1 innings not giving up a run and striking out five.
Loyola Blakefield 5, McDonogh 4
Alec Schenning goes 3-for-3 with an RBI to lead the Dons. AJ Holcomb goes 2-for-3 with an RBI as well. Paul DiPino and Mile Matanguihan each have two hits for McDonogh.
Middletown 10, Boonsboro 0
Kevin Gibson and Matt Lynch throw a combined shutout giving up two hits. Gibson goes 2-for-3 with two RBI for the Knights and Daustin Chen and Mason Machak each add two hits.
Mount St. Joseph 2, John Carroll 1
Zac Stoll goes the distance giving up one unearned run and scattering four hits while striking out six in the victory. Andre Brown homers for the Gaels. Nick Collier goes six inning in a strong pitching performance for John Carroll.
Park 14, Concordia Prep 4 (5 Innings)
Devin Lowe and Kyle Chang each collect three RBI in the victory for Park. Zach Charles, Jake Palumbo, Spencer Levitt and Alex Kalvar contribute two hits each.
Severna Park 16, Arundel 1 (5 Innings)
Colby Mueller, Griffin Wild, and Matt Thomas each have four RBI to lead Severna Park. Falcons score 10 in the bottom of the fourth to pull away. Ryan Yesner goes the distance striking out six.
St. Mary’s 9, Glenelg Country 4
Ryan Davis goes 2-for-2 with two RBI and two stolen bases to lead St. Mary’s. Ben Rankin and Tre D’Amico each contribute two hits and an RBI for the Saints. Matt Sheehan goes 3-for-4 with an RBI to lead Glenelg Country.
