Scouting Report
Compact frame at 5-foot-6 145-pounds. Has a short arm action throwing from a low ¾ arm angle from the outfield. Makes accurate throws at 70 mph. Clean exchange. Hits from a balanced setup with average bat speed and a smooth load. Has a short stride with a level bat path. Pull side type hitter with good rhythm in his swing. Exit velocity was 67 mph and he ran a 7.20 60 yard dash. On the mound, Fritz throws from a high ¾ arm angle with average arm speed and a free arm action. Has controlled balance and pitches with regular effort. Fastball has slight run and sink action at 70 mph. Throws a 10/4 breaking ball at 63 mph with a 66 mph changeup with cut and near fastball arm speed.
