Owen Brundage SS / RHP / Heritage, VA / 2025
Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: SS/RHP Body: 5’7”, 125 pounds. Athletic, projectable frame. Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched, square stance at the plate. Hands pre set with good separation and smooth back load. Short, compact swing with a more level swing path. Quick hands with solid extension through contact. Some lower half involvement finishing with two hands. Solid gap to gap line drive approach. Power: 68 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 62 mph. Throws with short arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. Defense: Surrounds the ball well and works through it fielding out in front. Fundamental footwork and shows good range to the forehand side. Quiet feet with soft hands. Run: 4.71 home-to-first time.

Michael Cureton SS / RHP / Imagination Foundation @ Morningside, MD / 2024
Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: SS/RHP Body: 5’10”, 177 pounds. Strong, athletic, projectable frame. Hit: Switch. Hits from a tall, balanced, slightly open stance from the right side. High leg kick load with good hand separation. Short to the ball with a slight uphill swing path. Shows quick bat speed through the zone and stays behind the ball well with good balance. Generates strong lower half involvement and gets good extension through and past contact, finishing with one hand. Hits from a slightly crouched, balanced stance from the left side. Medium sized leg kick load with good hand separation. Short to the ball with a more level swing path. Shows quick hands through the zone and stays behind the ball well with solid balance. Generates some lower half involvement and gets good extension through contact finishing with one hand. Solid middle to pull side line drive approach from both sides of the plate. Power: 85 mph exit velocity from the tee. Present pull side power and strength from both sides of the plate with more developing. Arm: RH. INF - 68 mph. Throws with short arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. Defense: Plays loose with active feet and gets around the ball working through it to the target. Fields the ball out in front, funneling to the belt and gathers at the chest. Slight glove tap into clean exchanges. Rangy with soft hands and shows ability to throw from various arm slots. Run: 4.57 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: SS/2B Body: 5’6”, 95 pounds. Athletic Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched, square stance at the plate. Solid back load, shifting weight well to the back side with a short stride. Creates good hand separation with a slight uphill swing path. Creates some bat speed through the zone with good extension past contact. Head down on the ball through contact finishing with two hands. Gap to gap line drive approach. Power: 63 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 64 mph. Throws with short arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. Defense: Works through the ball fielding it out in front. Gathers with a glove tap with clean exchanges and shows some range. Run: 4.93 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: C/2B Body: 5’8”, 150 pounds. Athletic, projectable frame. Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, upright, slightly closed stance at the plate. Smooth back load with rhythm and short stride. Creates good hand separation and stays short to the ball with a more level swing path. Fast bat speed through the zone, generating some lower half involvement. Gets solid extension through and past contact with a slight recoil, finishing strong with two hands. Solid gap to gap line drive approach. Power: 66 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 64 mph, C - 60 mph. Throws with short arm action from a high three quarter slot. Defense: 2.50 - 2.58 pop times. Quick side step on throws to second base. Gains ground on throws and shows clean exchanges. Quiet body when receiving and sticks the ball well. Surrounds the ball and works through it with an athletic base in the field. Fields the ball out in front, gathering at the belt and shows clean exchanges with a slight glove tap. Shows some range and smooth double play feeds to second base. Run: 4.37 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: SS Body: 5’8”, 140 pounds. Athletic, projectable frame. Hit: LHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance with hands pre set from the left side. Smooth back load into a longer stride. Creates some hand separation with a more level swing path. Stays behind the ball well, generating some lower half involvement. Quick hands and fast bat speed with good extension through and past contact with quick recoil, finishing with two hands. Solid gap to gap line drive approach. Power: 67 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 66 mph. Throws with short arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. Defense: Plays loose with active feet and soft hands. Gets around the ball well and plays through it towards the bag. Fields the ball out in front, gathers at the chest and shows clean exchanges with a slight glove tap. Shows fundamental footwork with good range and the ability to throw from various arm slots. Run: 4.40 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: C/2B Body: 5’1”, 96 pounds. Athletic. Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched, slightly open stance. Smooth back load and small leg kick into a short stride. Creates some hand separation and stays short to the ball with a more level swing path. Shows quick hands through the zone, generating some lower half involvement. Solid extension through contact, finishing with two hands. Gap to gap line drive approach. Power: 61 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 59 mph, C - 55 mph. Short arm action from a mid three quarter slot. Defense: 2.69 2.77 pop times. Replaces feet behind the dish and gains ground on throws to second base. Squares shoulders to the target and showed clean exchanges. Quiet body when receiving and sticks pitch well. Surrounds the ball in the field and fields it out in front. Showed quick, clean exchanges. Run: 5.19 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: 2B/3B Body: 5’9”, 185 pounds. Strong, athletic, projectable frame. Hit: RHH. Hits from a tall, balanced, open stance at the plate. Small, compact leg kick load with nice hand separation. Short to the ball with an uphill swing path. Quick hands and fast bat speed through the zone. Stays behind the ball well with good lower half involvement. Gets excellent extension through and past contact finishing strong with one hand. Middle to pull side approach, squaring up several balls during BP rounds. Power: 83 mph exit velocity from the tee. Present strength and power to pull side Arm: RH. INF - 72 mph. Throws with short arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. Defense: Plays loose with active feet and gets around the ball working through it to the bag. Fields the ball out in front and gathers at the chest. Rangy with soft hands, clean exchanges and accuracy on throws. Shows ability to throw from various arm slots. Run: 4.75 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: 3B/1B Body: 5’8”, 150 pounds. Athletic, projectable frame. Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, slightly crouched, and slightly open stance at the plate. Small load and short stride. Creates some hand separation and lands open at foot strike. Slightly longer, level swing path. Showed quick hands and quick, whippy bat speed through the zone. Gets some lower half involved in the swing and extension through contact. Worked mostly middle to the pull-side during BP. Power: 78 mph exit velocity from the tee. Showed pop to the pull side with much more projected. Arm: RH. INF - 65 mph. Throws with shorter arm action from a low three-quarter slot. Defense: Surrounds the ball and works through it towards the bag. Fields the ball out in front and showed a quick exchange. Run: 5.08 home-to-first time.

Smooth back load and short stride. Creates some hand separation. Short to the ball with a more level swing path. Quick hands through the zone, generating some lower half involvement. Solid extension through contact, finishing with two hands. Middle to pull side line drive approach. Power: 69 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 57 mph, C - 57 mph. Short arm action from a mid to high three quarter slot. Defense: 2.52 - 2.58 pop times. Quick side step gaining ground on throws to second base. Shows quick hands and clean exchanges with accuracy on throws to second base. Sways body some when receiving and sticks pitch well. Surrounds the ball and works through it in the field. Fields the ball out in front and showed clean exchanges. Run: 5.27 home-to-first time.

Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: 3B/RHP Body: 6’1”, 205 pounds. Big, strong, solid body type and projectable frame. Hit: RHH. Hits from a slightly open stance with weight slightly shifted on back side and hands pre-set. No load and quick, short stride. Short to the ball with a level swing path. Maintains balance throughout the swing and stays behind the ball. Finishes with one hand. Worked mostly line drives middle to the pull-side during BP. Power: 76 mph exit velocity from the tee. Gap-to-gap pop with more developing. Arm: RH. INF - 67 mph. Throws with longer arm action from a mid three-quarters slot. Defense: Works through the ball at third base fielding it out in front from a solid base. Showed clean exchanges and the ability to change arm slots depending on the type of play. Run: 5.20 home-to-first time.

Noah Palmer 3B / SS / Queen Anne's County , MD / 2025
Junior Future Game Trials Session II Positional Profile: 3B/SS Body: 5’4”, 145 pounds. Athletic Hit: RHH. Hits from a balanced, square stance at the plate. Short load and minimal stride. Slightly longer, level swing path. Keeps head down on the ball through contact and gets some extension with a two-handed finish. Nice middle of the field line drive approach. Power: 63 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 60 mph. Throws with a long arm action from a mid three-quarter slot. Defense: Fields the ball out in front with a solid base and works towards the bag. Showed a quick, clean transfer. Run: 5.35 home-to-first time.

Generates some lower half involvement finishing with two hands. Solid middle to pull side line drive approach. Power: 61 mph exit velocity from the tee. Arm: RH. INF - 58 mph, C - 63 mph. Throws with longer arm action from a high three quarter slot. Defense: 2.84 - 2.97 pop times. Replaces feet well behind the dish and gains ground on throws to second base. Squares shoulders to the target and showed clean exchanges. Quiet body when receiving and sticks the ball well. Gets around the ball well in the field with quick, fundamental footwork. Plays through the ball with momentum towards the target utilizing soft hands and clean exchanges. Run: 5.76 home-to-first time.
