Scouting Report

Louisiana Tech recruit, a 6-foot-3, 238-pound left-handed pitcher with a large frame and thick lower half. Long arm action into high-3/4 release with quick arm speed and regular effort. Smooth rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, lands square and finishes athletic. Fastball sat 80-84 mph touching 86 mph with arm side run and control. Breaking ball showed 2/8 shape with gradual break and near fastball arm speed at 68-69 mph. Also showed a changeup with near fastball arm speed and fade action at 70-72 mph.
