On February 25th, the PBR Illinois staff hosted the Preseason All-State: Upperclass showcase at The MAX in McCook, Ill., featuring many of the state’s top players inside the 2024 class. This event helped our staff gain a clearer picture of the on-the-rise prospects in Illinois and who needs to be followed closely this spring and beyond.

This week we began the analysis of the event with a look at the catchers, outfielders and infielders from the day. Today we finish off the positional analysis with an in-depth breakdown of all of the arms in attendance. We ranked the top-8 committed arms as well as the top-10 right-handed pitchers from the event and the top-three left-handers.
