Rankings week continues this fall as we turn to the 2025 class this week. This was a big fall for the 2025 class as on August 1st, players could start communication with college coaches, and that led to a numerous amount of fall commitments.

With that said, it is time to once again update our class of 2025 rankings before the winter comes. Check out our newest update featuring highlights of the top 5 players, as well as a look at the top uncommitted players, risers, and newcomers into these rankings.

Top 5 Breakdown

Sean Gamble SS / OF / IMG Academy, FL / 2025 NPI 2023 - The 6-foot-1, 190-pound left-handed hitting slugger, hit some of the loudest balls of any player at Lakepoint, and nearly sent holes through the fence with a couple. There is controlled aggression to every swing with the intent to do damage in all counts, and yet Gamble still exhibits discipline with quality pitch recognition, and a propensity for being on-time. His present power is not limited to the pull side, but rather driven to all fields, and with excellent use of the lower-half, it is easy to envision more future power coming. Defensively, his hands played more average on the infield, although his athleticism and commanding presence will more than be adequate in center field. Currently uncommitted.

Dean Moss OF / 3B / IMG Academy , FL / 2025 Area Code - Always in attack mode while maintaining balance and plate discipline, Moss walked four times in 12 plate appearances while notching two hits with multiple loud outs. The 6-foot, 180-pound left-handed hitter likely profiles as a corner outfielder, but the heavy barrel that he looks to turn with authority holds plenty of value in the form of the hit-tool and especially the decision making. Moss maintains his tracking ability combined with an eagerness to impact the ball with each swing. LSU recruit.

Eddie Zaun SS / Cardinal Mooney, FL / 2025 NPI 2023 - Zaun established himself as one of the state's top prospects in 2023. Uber physical body at 6-foot, 200 pounds. Has some of the best offensive tools in this class. Ability to impact the game with each swing. Power potential to all fields. Zaun has a chance to continue to climb the 2025 rankings. Miami recruit.

Jacob Kendall OF / OF / A3 Academy, FL / 2025 Prep Baseball All-American Game - Kendall continues to grow into significant projection inside the 6-foot, 168-pound frame. In-rhythm right-handed cut creates good barrel lag through the zone and ability to impact the ball well to the pull-side. Present barrel control and feel for the zone point to the potential of a strong hit tool. Good chance to stick in centerfield long-term with advanced tracking and above-average arm that allow the Florida commit to position himself to make plays with consistency. A 6.93 runner but plays faster on the diamond.

Nicolas Partridge 3B / OF / MULBERRY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, FL / 2025 Junior State Games - Long, lean body at 6-foot, 170 pounds. Ability to impact the baseball and drive gaps at a light frame is impressive. Power potential will continue to grow as he gets stronger. Stays in rhythm at the plate with feel for the barrel. 3B/OF projection with athleticism and arm strength for both positions. Florida recruit.
