On July 11th, the PBR Wisconsin team hosted the Top Prospect Games at The Rock Complex in Franklin, Wis., featuring many of the top uncommitted players in the state’s 2024 and 2025 grad classes. We began the analysis of the event by looking at the data and measurables from the day as well as a few of the initial standouts in our Quick Hits piece.

Today we continue the positional breakdown of the event, with all of the outfielders from the invite-only event. Below we ranked the top-five outfielders from the day as well as all of the scouting reports on each of the outfielders.

Easton Arendt, De Pere  (WI), 2024
Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 6-0, 170-pounds. Wiry, athletic build with good proportions.
Hit: LHH. Stock setup, athletic with strong back elbow, natural rhythmic load.  Flat through the zone with barrel length, on the barrel to the pull-side.  69.3 mph bat speed with 11 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 78.6 mph. 269’ max distance.
Arm: RH. OF - 84 mph. High 3/4, repeats, athletic.
Defense: One hand gather, quick transfer with glove switch, gets rid of it, athletic and moves with pace.

Bradyn Bezanson, Hudson (WI), 2024; Maryville commit.
Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 5-8, 195-pounds. Strong, compact build with a thick lower half.
Hit: LHH. Upright set up, narrow, lands balanced into controlled move to center, hitterish look.  Simple with barrel accuracy. Flat through the zone, backspun the baseball with gap-to-gap feel and juice off the barrel.   mph bat speed with  G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 88 mph. 345’ max distance.

Rory Dutton, Kenosha Tremper (WI), 2024
Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 5-10, 150-pounds. Lean, athletic frame with some strength throughout.
Hit: LHH. Stock setup, relaxed hands, early toe down, soft land, strong hitting position.  Short, direct bat path, works on top of the baseball. Simple, line drive feel, favored the pull-side.  65.6 mph bat speed with 17 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 88 mph. 295’ max distance.
Arm: RH. OF - 77 mph. High 3/4 quick arm, repeats, accurate.

Joseph Halser V, Marquette University (WI), 2024
Positional Profile: OF/2B
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds. Athletic, broad-shouldered build with some strength.
Hit: RHH. Upright set up, barrel waggle, lands slightly closed into athletic hitting position.  Loose, fluid hands. Short and direct to the baseball, level through the zone and repeats. Easy, low-effort with rhythm, worked line drives to all fields.  62.4 mph bat speed with 15 G’s of rotational acceleration.
