With an intriguing frame that shows some present strength to it at 6'2 175lbs. with easy actions at SS that show the long term potential to stay there and upside to his offensive ability. Oliver was a standout during the CIF-SS High School season earning first team All-Marmonte League honors and followed it up with a solid showing during the Prep Baseball California Future Games Tryout: OC. During the workout portion of the Future Games Tryout event Oliver flashed the upside to his skill set across the board first with a 7.02 second 60 yard dash that includes burst off the line with a 1.57 second 10 yard burst a top run speed of 19.3 MPH. He moves around with athletic actions in the INF with quickness to his feet demonstrating the ability to play both laterally/downhill while flashing arm strength at 85 MPH with accuracy and feel to throw from multiple slots. Oliver flashes impact potential as a defender his tools are not solely limited to the defensive side of the game as there is an inriguing tools on the offensive side of the game with strength in his RH bat. During the batting practice session Oliver flashed hard contact from the middle to pull side of the field including a peak EV at 92.4 MPH with a flatter stroke that has performed during several in game looks at him. Oliver's power profiles as doubles power with HR potential and as he continues to polish his approach & frame there is top of the order potential for him.  With his abundance of tools on the offensive/defensive side, solid athleticism, and feel for the game Agoura was a key performer playing at a high level who held his own in a league full of D1 bound shortstops. As he continues to mature and develop as a player to go with his already stellar performance Oliver has a chance to continue raising his stock over the course of his final 2 years of high school/travel baseball.
