We present the winner for the 2021 NorCal Player of the Week, repeat winner Cam Butler.

2021 SS Cameron Butler of Big Valley Christian HS is once again the Northern California Player of the Week and making a serious bid for state player and national player of the year. Stayed tuned for how those awards shake out. Last week in four games the senior SS had a week a player can usually only dream of. Here are the numbers for one the region's top high school draft prospects: 12-for-14, 15 runs, 12 RBI, 5 2B, 3 HR (including a grand slam), 7 SB, 4 BB, 0 K. He even reached on an error, which for those keeping score means he reached safely in 13 of his 14 plate appearances.

For his outstanding performances last week, we once again congratulate Cameron Butler of Big Valley Christian HS (Modesto, CA) for being named the Prep Baseball Report Northern California Player of the Week for the week of May 3-8.

Simply send weekly details/stats into our staff by Monday and look for our Diamond Notes article that will highlight top performers who weren't selected for Player of the Week but are deserving of recognition.

The more information you give us, the better... name, position, grad year, B/T, height/weight, college commitment (if applicable), along with the weekly stats. Please also include anything notable, such as the caliber of competition the player faced, the game circumstances that were affected, etc.
