All State Games Roster Preview: PBR Grey

The All-State Games are start Saturday, October 22nd and 23rd at Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University. This event will feature players competing on 6 different teams. Players were invited to compete in this event from all corners of the state. We are excited about the talent pool pf players this premiere event has drawn.
PBR Grey will be one of 4 teams to compete in the first games of the event, below you will find a preview of their roster.
Unsigned Seniors
2017 MIF/RHP Hayes Cox Fayetteville HS
Hayes Cox is a 5-foot-10 178-pound infielder/right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and an athletic build. He is a very skilled player at all phases of the game. He plays through the baseball defensively with fluid footwork and a quick exchange. He shows an accurate arm at 84 mph across the infield. Offensively he has a compact swing that allows him to hit the ball to all fields. He produces exit velocity of 84 mph. On the mound he understands how to pitch locating three pitches for a strike. His fastball 82-84 mph with late movement. He has shown the ability to reach as high as 86 mph with his fastball. He has a feel for the strike zone with his curveball 72-74 mph and a change up 69-71 mph. Overall Cox has an advanced understanding of the game, he will continue to improve as he gets physically stronger.
2017 C Dalton Smead Nashville HS: Large projectable frame catcher; Offensively has shown a consistent fee for the barrel. Defensively raw but has above average arm strength with accuracy.
2017 RHP Kaden Tollett Dequeen HS: Pitches from a L ¾ arm slot with pitchability. Fastball works 80-82 mph with late sink; Breaking is a Frisbee SL with early break.
2017 MIF Andrew Howard Providence Academy: A versatile athlete with above average defensive abilities.
2017 MIF Zach Jamison, Nashville HS: Two sport athlete, that competes at a high level. Solid defender with fluid footwork
2017 INF Dylan Anderson, Jessieville HS: Large framed athlete, with clean arm action, and raw tools
2017 MIF Ryan Flake, Greenbrier HS: Plus defender with solid athleticism. He has displayed plus baseball IQ.
Underclassmen
Bryson George, OF, Russellville HS
George is a 6-foot 170-pound outfielder with an athletic frame and build. He runs a 4.03 home to first or a 6.72 in the 60. He plays through the baseball with fluid footwork and a normal exchange. He throws the baseball accurately with carry 79 mph from the outfield. Offensively he starts from a tall stance with minimum load and stride. He uses a compact line drive swing which consistently finds barrel. He finds very little use in his lower half leaving it behind. Overall George is an advanced athlete with a feel for the barrel.

2020s
2020 RHP/CIF Luke Davenport, Fayetteville HS
Davenport is a 5-foot-10 190-pound RHP/3B with a large frame and a physical build. He impresses on the mound possessing a fastball that works up to 85 mph. He uses a simple delivery that is repeated consistently. He pitches from a H ¾ arm with a quick arm, with normal effort. Offensively he is a physical player with fast bat speed producing exit velocity up to 86 mph. Defensively he plays through the baseball with stiff actions, he uses a normal exchange with a strong accurate arm. Overall an intriguing prospect with advanced physical tools for his age.
