Summer ID- Fargo

The Prep Baseball Summer ID- Fargo event is a great springboard onto the recruiting map. The event will be held at Starion Field in Fargo, ND. Whether you are uncommitted upperclassman or an underclass player wanting to have your skills measured and begin the introductory phase of the recruiting process; the Prep Baseball Summer ID- Fargo event has everything a high school player with the goal of playing baseball in college needs.

Put yourself in front of the Prep Baseball staff and see what it can do for you. This event is designed to allow players to showcase their ability; allowing colleges to identify prospective student-athletes earlier in the recruiting process or find players needed immediately for the following year. Players will also be evaluated and considered for updated player rankings along with being considered for future Invite-Only events (Prep Baseball Future Games, Underclass Prospect Games, Top Prospect Games, and Preseason All-State).

Infielders, Outfielders, Catchers

• Stretching
• Running Times (60 yard dash)
• Offensive Evaluation

  • Exit velocity (Trackman during batting practice)
  • Batting practice on field

• Defensive Evaluations (OF's, Catchers, INF's)
  
  • Arm strength
  • Defensive mobility
  • Positional projectability

Pitchers & Catchers

• Stretching
• Bullpen Sessions
  • Mechanical evaluation
  • Pitching session (Wind-up and stretch)
  • Charting velocity and pitch action
  • Catcher's Evaluations During Bullpen

*Catchers are expected to stay for all pitchers bullpens*

All players will receive their own player profile (click here for example) on the Prep Baseball web site. It is updated with workout results, scouting reports, and video from your event.
