Wyatt Featherston

The PBR Colorado Staff is putting together a series of players to watch for 2015. These players are not ranked in any particular order. We will be adding a player or two a day over the next 2 months. The next player in the series is 2016 graduate Wyatt Featherston from Green Mountain High School.

The 5-11 190lb OF/P had a solid year, but really burst onto the scene during the state championship run the Rams made last year.  Featherston glides across the outfield with great speed making any ball hit his way an automatic out.  He has an above average arm which serves him well both in the outfield and on the mound.  At the plate the right-handed hitter put up some monstrous numbers in the spring of 2014: .439 avg, 38 RBI, 49 runs and 36 hits (24 of which went for extra bases including 8 homeruns).
