RHP Joshua Bonin (New Berlin Eisenhower, 2026) is a 5-foot-11 righty with room to add strength to his frame. The delivery looks effortless - a smooth transfer out of the glove into a medium leg lift with a slight drift toward the plate. Full arm action into a ¾ slot, his arm plays loose arm. The fastball was 82-84 mph, reaching 85 with backspin, a pitch that will play especially when thrown up in the zone. His curveball is more of a sweeper, showing above-average horizontal break at 71-72 mph. Bonin’s arsenal included a changeup that showed flashes of being a quality offering at 76-79 mph with arm-side run. The Eisenhower arm was one of the most projectable at the event, and should continue to improve as he adds strength to his frame.
