Delivery: Tall/fall type delivery, athletic high leg kick, level front side, strong hip/shoulder separation at footstrike. Maintains a linear progression to target, lands square.
Arm Action: Long and loose arm action, 3/4 slot.
FB: T81, 79-81 mph. Two-seam type that plays best horizontally; sink and arm-side run.
CB: 70-72 mph. Spins off a 1/7 plane, gradual action.
CH: 74-76 mph. Slight deceleration in arm action. Natural arm-side run.
Currently ranked 7th among LHP’s in the state’s 2021 class. Fischer impressed both on the mound and at the plate this weekend. The 6-foot-1, 165-pound southpaw has a lanky frame with long limbs and lots of room for projection. On the bump, Fischer showcased long and loose arm action from a high ¾ slot. His delivery is effortless, and his arm speed is quick, with his arm working well out front. His fastball sat 78-80 mph, touching 81 mph. He mixed in a changeup at 73-76 mph with late sink and fading action. At the dish, led off for ISA against Eau Claire A’s. Sets up in an open stance, bat travels on a long and level path through contact. Fischer was aggressive in the box, producing hard contact for multiple hits.

FB: T81, 77-80 mph. Jumps from hand on a mostly straight path through the zone; occasional arm-side run.
CB: 68-72 mph. 1/7 shape thrown at arm speed, aggressive. Some sweeping action with a feel to locate.
CH: 67-70 mph. Slightly decelerates arm speed but generates solid run/sink action.
