6-foot, 190-pound leadoff hitter. Has above-average bat strength/speed and a line-drive approach from the right-handed batter’s box. Defensively, he covers a lot of ground in the center field, displaying quick and confident routes to the ball. Another increasingly interesting prospect coming out of the weekend representing the 2021 class.
Positional Profile: OF
Body: 5-foot-11, 190-pounds.
Hit: RHH. Slightly open stance, big leg kick load, gets into lower half. Path works around the baseball, rotational swing, above average bat speed with intent.
Power: 85 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. OF - 83 mph. High 3/4 arm slot, played with occasional carry and accuracy.
Defense: Sets feet up behind the baseball and works directly through it, gains ground through transfer, shuffle through exchange.
Run: 6.85 runner in the 60. Well above average runner.
Productive in the Lead off role. Center fielder for Brew State went 1-1 with two walks against Edge Baseball. Presents an athletic frame with some present strength and speed. Shows the ability to play a solid defensive center field covering ground from gap to gap. Shows an advanced approach at the plate being a prototypical leadoff man with some possible power to come in the future.
