7/8/18 - 6-foot-1, 197-pound right-handed pitcher with durable build, thick lower half. Long arm action, high ¾ slot, with some deception. Fastball sat 76-79 mph, topped 80, hides the ball well so velocity played up, got regular swings and misses at the top of the zone with it. Curveball was 11/5 with some depth. Changeup was his go-to, 69-72 mph with fade, maintained arm speed, lots of weak contact. Mixed in a cut-slider, 75-76 mph, that earned some swings and misses through the zone. Held the eventual champs STiKS 17U their first couple times through the order before he became noticeably tired.
