Standing at an athletic 5-foot-11, 175-pound frame, Dobberstein got off to a hot start from the leadoff spot for GRB Stiks Hybrid, going 2-for-3 with a double in the first game of the weekend. Presents a quick swing from the right side of the plate, displaying a natural feel for the barrel, which includes pull-side strength. Dobberstein’s performance reflects his success during the high school season for a Pewaukee team that made numerous appearances in the WIAA Power 25.
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 5-11, 175-pounds. Athletic frame, well proportioned, sloped shoulders, some projetion coming.
Hits: RHH. Narrow upright, slightly open set up. Lands square and centered, gets to atheltic strong htiting position, hands works quick to and through the ball showing ability to drive the ball to all fields.
Power: 89 max exit velocity, averaged 79.1 MPH. 319' max distance.
Arm: RH.

Built at a lanky 5-foot-10, 155 pounds, Dobberstein utilized his long levers to reach an 82 mph high with his fastball, all while featuring hard sinking action, and not just for his age. Though still developing a complete feel for his longer levers on the mound, Dobberstein’s breaking ball did flash intrigue.
