Minatto is an interesting two-way prospect who was a member of Team Wisconsin at the PBR Junior Future Games this past summer. Standing at 6-foot, 165-pounds, Minatto showed well at the plate. He showed a flat bat path with the ability to work to all fields. He recorded a max exit velocity of 92.9 mph and a max batted ball distance of 312 feet, both well above-average numbers for his age. In the outfield, Minatto showed a strong and accurate arm with a max velocity on throws to home plate of 87 mph, one of the event bests. He impressed on the mound, too, with a fastball ranging from 81-84 mph that showed life through the zone. His curveball had an 11/5 shape with shape and tight actions, and it had quality spin, 2,335 rpm on average. To round out his arsenal, he threw a changeup that had hard diving action to the arm side.

Minatto also earned a spot on Team Wisconsin for the Junior Future Games after a standout performance at the South Milwaukee Rising Stars ID in the winter. While down in Georgia, Minatto proved to be an exciting two-way prospect as he registered a max EV of 91.1 during the BP portion and his offensive capabilities transferred over to live gameplay as he recorded a clutch two-RBI triple late in Game Two of the weekend. He also came in on relief in Wisconsin’s first game of the weekend and he was able to hold onto the win and gave them their first win of the weekend, reaching velos as high as 81 mph.
Minatto continued his successful summer on Wednesday, coming in as one of the top prospects in the class of 2026 in the state. Stands at a wiry 6-foot-0, 155-pound frame with room to grow as an incoming freshman at Kenosha Indian Trail. The outfielder got up to 82 mph with a clean over-the-top arm motion. At the plate, Minatto did damage with a max exit velocity of 91 mph, and a max distance of 351 feet of travel on one of his hits. Enters LakePoint this week as one of the key pieces to a quality outfield on Team Wisconsin.
Minatto stands at 6-0, 155lbs with athletic two-way promise. He shows most promise on the mound. Where he posted an event best max velocity (79mph). Providing a traditional 3 pitch mix with dropping qualities to his offspeed. Showing large vertical breaks on both the curveball and changeup. Already standing at 6-0, and looking like he may grow another couple inches with plenty of room to develop physically. On the offensive side of the ball, Minatto produces exits nearing 90mph off the bat, and showed moments of capacity.
5-foot-9, 145 pounds; long levers, high-waisted frame; showed above-average control of levers for his size at his age. Right-handed hitter, went 8-for-16 on the weekend at our PBR at The Rock Championships, and hit the walk-off home run in the championship game on Sunday to end it early. Tall setup, weight-shift load back, high back elbow, short path to the zone with a long barrel through it; natural loft in swing. Also stood out from the mound where he worked from a high front side, high ¾ slot; loose, quick arm speed, sat 76-78 mph in relief, finished athletically, upright.
