Nilo stands a slight 5-foot-8 140 pounds with fast twitch actions, flying around the field. He ran a 4.98 Home to 1B and had an exit velocity of 73 MPH. Offensively- Nilo hits from a spread stance with hands off back shoulder. Slight shift of his weight back with a heel lift for a stride. Stays behind the ball swing to swing. Gets to and through contact with slight barrel lag but makes up for it with bat speed. INF Defense- Very active footwork, changes directions with ease and always on the balls of his feet. Gathers ball into his body with a fairly quick transfer and release. Arm strength adequate for SS at 71 MPH due to release but could always be improved to better complement his game. OF Defense- Attacks the ball with proper glove placement outside lead foot. Accelerates into his crowhop and throws showed good carry.
