7.18.18
5-foot-9, 155-pound right-handed hitting infielder and pitcher. Had a tremendous showing at the event in my opinion. Ran a 4.41 down the line on his dig and did it easy. The glove is solid in the middle and he gets off the ball well. The ability to handle the pivot is present. Threw 83 mph across the diamond, very easily. Could play all 3 infield spots if need be. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 84 mph. The setup is even in base, front foot slightly open to start. The front foot dives into the plate. The hands work freely and he has a clean bat path. On the mound, the fastball touched 83 mph, arm side run to the pitch. The spin pitch is a small slider and a good one, sat at 72-73 mph. The is more to come with that pitch. The changeup is still developing. The delivery is online with his feet, slot slightly above ¾. The ball comes out nice and clean. The lift is athletic, small coil at the top and he tracks appropriately. The backside has some sink to it as he gets into leg drive. Good looking arm. Could be an upper 80’s arm with a slider in college.

5-foot-8, 150-pound right-handed hitting middle infielder and right-handed pitcher. Ran a 4.37 on his dig during batting practice at the event. The bat has a tee exit velocity of 84 mph, and should improve with strength. The stance is even with his feet and a high back elbow. Uses a pick up and put down of the front foot as the ball approaches. Gains ground with his feet as the ball approaches. The hands work clean, slight length in the swing. Tripled during the live game action. The glove is solid and shows the ability to get off the ball, solid range. Handled the pivot as well. Threw 77 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Very good athlete and the frame has room to grow as his shoulder and back are wide. On the mound, the fastball touched 81 mph, true in form. The breaking ball showed a good shape sitting at 68-70 mph. The changeup is a work in progress. Pitches out of a plus ¾ arm slot. The lift is athletic and he uses a small coil at the top of the lift. There is some glove pull across his body as he makes his way into foot strike. Competes and shows good athleticsm.
