Hodinko is 5-10 with a lankier frame that has a lot of room to add strength. Versatile defensively, caught in this game and while the exchange wasn't quick, he was fine receiving. Hit from the leadoff spot, showed a short quick swing with extension through the ball, lining out to center in one of two at-bats where he got to swing. Has some gap power present with more in the tank as he adds strength.

PreSeason All-State East
Hodinko is 5-10 with an athletic frame that has some strength present and some projection left. He hits from the right side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, short leg kick stride on line, loads back to a wrap. Hips rotate completely with violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short and very quick to the ball, uphill swing path, very strong at contact with extension through the ball, showed a pull approach with power present that way, exit velocity was 88. In the infield, rounds the ball and fields with a wider base and above average hands, works through the ball to a quick clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short loose quick arm action, position velocity was 84. Ran a 7.27 60 yard dash.
