Quinn has an athletic frame that has some strength present and some projection left to it. He throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery with a shorter free arm action and some effort to his delivery. Shoulders are slightly uphill and closed, lands slightly closed with a fall off finish. Fastball was 82-84, touching 86 one time with some late armside run. Hard late slider was 72-74 with good armspeed, has a chance to play up as it tightens. Showed a single change-up that was 76 with good armspeed.
