VA/DC PreSeason All-State Central
Garrison is 5-11 with an athletic 160 pound frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action and some effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders are uphill and closed, lands open with a fall off finish and some recoil. Fastball was 72-74, touching 75, with some late armside run to it that has some depth as well. Slider was 66-67 with good armspeed and gradual 1/7 break to it, has some shape. Change-up was 71-73 with good armspeed and heavy late fade.
