Fink has a long 6-foot-4 frame with room to add strength. In the outfield he shows above average range and high end arm strength. At the plate Fink does not get cheated (see video below). The swing can get a little uphill and pull happy at times, but when he finds the barrel it has a chance to produce big power on a consistent basis. Fink has high end hand and bat speed that allow him to "stay back" a little longer. I have now seen Fink in eight at bats and he has probably seen 75% breaking balls. Obviously this is probably going to be the book on Fink during high school and in order for him to have a high level of success in at bats, he will need to stay patient and not expand the zone. UVA commit at the time.

Fink is a 6-foot-2, 170-pound athletic RHP from Western Albemarle HS. Virginia Commit. Has a compact, controlled delivery average leg kick setting his hips with a slight drop n drive in his lower half to release point. Short arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot. Fast arm speed and hides ball well with his whippy arm. Fastball has ranged 84-86 over the summer and should continue to climb as he fills out his frame.
