Matthew Turk SS/2B Dominion 2020
Compact athletic frame at 5-foot-9, 155-pounds. Turk posted a solid 6.94 60 time. Open athletic stance from the right side, strides in and lands on line, and hands were quiet through the load. Stayed inside the ball well, barrel showed ability to stay through the ball at contact, and he used a line drive approach to the middle and right side of the field. Exit velocity was 78 mph. Defensively displayed quick active feet, tended to work laterally on approach, and had solid glove presentation and catch out front. Quick clean exchange in the center and moved to a short arm action from a three-quarter arm slot at 80 mph across. Also, made multiple plays on the run and displayed ability to throw from a variety of arm slots with ease.
