Brauchli has a lankier athletic frame that has projection left to it. Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, long loose arm action with some effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders level and closed, lands open with some fall off in his finish. Fastball was 82-85 with heavy armside run that also gets some sink when thrown down in the zone. Basically only threw fastballs in his two innings of work, was around the plate, but more control than command. Got swing and misses with his fastball, punched out four in just two innings. Kept the ball on the ground when contact happened.

Strong projectable frame at 6-foot-1, 150-pounds. Starts open, slight arm bar on load, hands are back, knee to knee leg lift, and lands in line. Uphill bat path with extension and aggressive rotation of the lower half. Balance throughout the swing and stays through the ball. Exit velo is 77 mph. Feet are active on approach, gets outside the ball, hands are soft, and exchange is clean. Longer arm action from a low three-quarter slot and has a feel for different arm angles to make a variety of plays. Positional velocity is 76 mph. Recorded a 60 time of 7.57.
