Raguini is 6-2 with an athletic frame that has some strength in the lower half and plenty of projection left to it. He throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short loose quick arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are slightly uphill and slightly closed, lands slightly closed with a bit of a fall off finish. Fastball was 84-86, touching 87, with hard late armside run. Curveball had good armspeed and was 74-76 with late hard 10/4 break to it. Can manipulate the shape of the pitch. Change-up had good armspeed and was 75-76 with armside run. Also showed ability to drop his arm angle lower and still command his pitches.
