2/22/2015:  Seitz stands 6-foot-3 and has an athletic frame. He has a smooth tilt and topple delivery and throws from a low three-quarters slot. His arm action is long and loose and he has a lightning quick armstroke that allows him to generate easy velocity. His shoulders are level and closed and he strides out on line to a square landing before falling off as he finishes. Seitz’s fastball had heavy sink to it that he commanded well, sitting 84-85 and topping out at 87. He also threw a sharp, late, 10/4 slider with full armspeed that sat 73-75. His change-up had armside run and he threw it with decent armspeed in the 77-79 range.  Hit from a tall stance that was slightly open.  Small load back with a small stride to toe.  Stride maintained its line.  Lower half works slightly up out of stance.  Had an Exit Velocity of 88 mph.  Fast hands that work short and level through the zone.  Good extension.  Smooth swing with good rhythm that should have consistent gap power.  In the field, he threw from a loose ¾ arm slot that had accuracy.  Throws had some carry and life to them.  Positional Velocity of 88 mph.  Clean footwork that occasionally was slow. Clean exchanges.
