Handy has an ultra projectable 6-foot-5 frame with strength present throughout. Controls the pace of the delivery and has normal effort throughout. The arm is loose and works from a high three-quarter slot. The fastball sat 86-88 throughout his three innings of work and has some late carry through the glove side. It is very heavy and has life through the zone. Showed two breaking balls, but leaned on the bigger curveball most of all. The curveball was 67-69 mph with bigger 12/6 shape. The arm slows a bit, but he showed an above average feel for it landing it for strikes fairly consistently. Only showed a few sliders that had late 10/4 shape at 76-77 mph.
