Menders has a lankier athletic frame with projection left to it. Arm action in the outfield is clean. At the plate, has a bit of a longer path but generates some batspeed and strength at contact. Swing is simple otherwise, hip rotation and balance are good, relaxed setup, ball will jump off his bat when he barrels it.
