Kyte stands around 6-foot with a thin athletic frame. Small side step rocker to start the low effort delivery. Balanced and gathered over the rubber with a repeatable leg lift. Hands separate down and out as he moves towards home with level shoulders. Lands slightly closed with momentum carrying him towards the plate. Average arm circle and throws from a low three-quarter arm slot. Utilized three pitches on the day with the ability to throw each for strikes. Fastball has nice arm side run and sat at 74-76 touching 77 mph a few times. Curveball had 1/7 shape at 66-67 mph and worked to both sides of the plate. Changeup had present arm speed at 70-71 mph with late fade and showed as a solid secondary pitch. Was very efficient around the zone and pitched to contact allowing his defenders to work. Had seven strikeouts in his six and one-third innings pitched.
