Positional Profile: 1B/RHP Profiles w/a ceiling at the JUCO level. Body: 6-5, 195-pounds. Tall and physical w/long levers and room for much more added size and strength at maturity. Hits: LHH. Conventional even prop square stance w/a semi more upright crouch. Hands are in front somewhat and drops his barrel into his back shoulder as his load. Hands get to a near full load, as he needs to get the hands even and over his back foot. Small lift of the foot into a soft foot landing. The elbows are relaxed in his setup, though when loading, he raises his back elbow a bit high. The hands drop the barrel into the hitting zone, which creates a path to stay in the zone a long time. Spins into contact, though he needs to get down and into his legs, as he is more upright into contact and with his 2-hand full finish of the swing. Power: 87 max exit velocity, averaged 78.4 MPH. 332' max distance. Power is more LD contact vs loft and distance. Needs to get stronger, even though he is a big kid. Did produce a really good BB/SO ratio of 21/6 as a soph in 2022, while hitting .317. Arm: RH. INF-70 mph.Well below arm strength. Defense: Fields out front and needs to work on technique and the finer details of mechanically playing the postion
