Collin Ferrier, Victoria East (TX), 2027 Positional Profile: 2B/RHP RHH/INF..will add needed strength in future. Good player with opportunities for adjustments both at plate and on defense. Nice upside. RHP…looking for increased arm speed and velo spike in future. Strike thrower with stuff, lacks velo presently. With velo spike chance for stuff to play and be effective. Body: 5-10, 158-pounds. Good frame/build to add needed strength. Lower showing some strength now. Delivery: Simple side step rocker. Nice job of working down the rubber, heel lander. Slight vault finish with stride leg. 1st base side start with cross step delivery. Solid finish. Arm Action: RH. Full circle with length. Fair arm speed. HTQ slot, solid extension with nice finish. Fair arm speed. Occasionally has lower elbow causing push arm action. FB: T77, 70-74 mph. Presently lacks velo, solid spin present. Around zone with stuff. Upside to FB effectiveness with velo gains. T2151, 1978 average rpm. SL: 64-67 mph. Shows ability to spin slider with nice finish. Hoping for velo to pick up in future. Was able to locate slider in zone. T2222, 1970 average rpm. ATH: 7.73 runner in the 60. 1.84 and 4.24 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs hard, short strider. Can improve with lengthening stride, adding strength.

Body: 5-10, 158-pounds. Good frame/build to add needed strength. Lower showing some strength now. Hit: RHH. Toe tap stride, solid position to hit after stride. Linear movement to back foot, solid job of using lower 1/2. Rotational acceleration, bat/hand speed will increase with added physical strength. Head puller, must work to head down. Hand/barrel movement late creates timing issues and length to swing. Barrel goes from slight angle to vertical back down late. Inconsistent with time and launch position. Quiet hand movement, getting into consistent launch position. 63.5 mph bat speed with 12 G's of rotational acceleration. Power: 90 max exit velocity, averaged 79.2 mph. 271' max distance. Opportunities for adjustments with getting hands/barrel into consistent position to hit. Being on time will help with consistency. Arm: RH. INF-77 mph. Arm works, decent present raw arm strength. Will improve with added physical strength, would also recommend long toss program to increase arm speed. Defense: Feet work getting to baseball, showing ability to play thru baseball with feet. Hands work with glove in solid position, would like to see hands work more out front in fielding process. What will range be in future? Agility, foot quickness drills will help. ATH: 7.73 runner in the 60. 1.84 and 4.24 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Runs hard, short strider. Can improve with lengthening stride, adding strength.
