The athlete's fastest 60-yard dash time in the given event year. Measured in seconds (s)
8.11
Infield Velocity
The athlete's maximum throwing velocity from an infield position in the given event year. Measured in miles per hour (MPH).
70.0
Power / Speed Score
A simple calculation that divides the athlete’s Exit Velocity Max by the athlete’s 60 Yard Dash time for the given event year. For example, 98 MPH / 7.00s = 14.00.

A fastball with rise has a high percentage of backspin. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher fly ball percentage. Rise+ of 100 is MLB average
Curveball
Hammer+
A hammer breaking ball drops vertically with velocity through the zone, or 12-to-6 movement. Hammer+ of 100 is MLB average.
Curveball
Sweep+
A sweeping breaking ball moves horizontally with velocity through the zone. Sweep+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Hop+
A fastball with hop has a flat approach angle and visually jumps through the zone. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher swing and miss average. Hop+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Sink+
A fastball with sink has low backspin and drops through the strike zone. When thrown down in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher ground ball percentage and lower launch angle. Sink+ of 100 is MLB average.

8.11
Top Speed (MPH)
The athlete's fastest split time converted to miles per hour.
RSi
The reactive strength index measurement of an athlete's explosiveness by comparing their jump height to the ground contact time in between their jumps. On a scale of 0-5.
Vertical Jump
A measure of any athlete's body strength and reach calculated from the flight time divided by the contact time.
10 Yard Dash
The athlete's fastest 0-10-yard split time in the given event year. Measured in seconds.

Jamison Stephens, Salado (TX), 2027 Positional Profile: LHP/1B Solid tools/ability for 2027 grad. Will gain strength, development opportunities present with adjustments. Like future bat/power combo. LHP…Arm works with opportunities to firm delivery. Expect velo to increase with added strength. Flashes feel for CB/Slider action. Developing arm with time to improve. Body: 5-7, 168-pounds. Solid build/frame to add strength in future. Some thickness/strength to lower now. Delivery: Simple delivery with online stride. Can improve lower 1/2 use, lacks solid push off back leg. Finish direction can be improved. Arm Action: LH. Full circle, works fine, fair extension out front, developing arm speed. FB: T74, 69-73 mph. Looking for velo spike in future. Shows nice plane when down in zone. T1800, 1669 average rpm. CB: 62-65 mph. Soft, early action. Will firm as arm speed increases. T1606, 1486 average rpm. SL: 66-68 mph. Short breaker, shows limited depth. T1616, 1612 average rpm. ATH: 8.11 runner in the 60. Runs hard. 22.90 max vertical.

Solid build/frame to add strength in future. Some thickness/strength to lower now. Hit: LHH. Open stance start, knee lift stride, landing straight away in good position to hit. Rotational back foot, some linear movement to back foot, can drive back foot forward more…improving use of back hip/lower 1/2. Would suggest trying to firm linear movement forward with back foot increasing drive of lower 1/2. Hits off firm front side with body in good position. Hands/barrels start in solid position, some length to swing, would love too see more direct path to zone with hands/barrel. Presently, initial movement is hands work away from body instead of taking know towards home plane. Really good swing components with opportunity to improve. Bat/hand speed will improve with added strength. 65 mph bat speed with 13 G's of rotational acceleration. Power: 91 max exit velocity, averaged 82.4 mph. 287' max distance. Solid bat/power combo in future, raw power will continue to improve with added strength and hit approach opportunities. Arm: LH. INF-70 mph. Arm work fine, fair arm speed, accuracy to throws present. Would benefit from long toss program. Will improve. Defense: Moves to bag fine with footwork. Nice job of getting into fielding position with feet. Fields baseball deep, can improve fielding out front. Avg body control/agility. ATH: 8.11 runner in the 60. Runs hard. 22.90 max vertical.
